Connect 2023 is finally upon us! We are excited to see you in Orlando next week for training, learning, networking, and fun. Here are a few things to know so you will be ready for Connect!

Be sure to download the T2 Connect mobile app before departing for Orlando. You should have received a link in your email on November 3 with instructions.
First Time Attending Connect?
If this is your first year attending a T2 Connect, we would first like to say how excited we are to have you! We recommend that you register for the First-Time Attendee Session on Monday, November 13 at 5 PM when you download the event app. We’ll have some icebreakers to help you get to know some of your fellow attendees, as well as some information on what to expect for the week.
Donate to Support Local Children
As part of Connect 2023, our plan is to raise funds for Eight Waves, serving under-served kids in Central Florida. All donations will be matched by T2. For your donation, you’ll be entered to win some great prizes, including the top prize: complimentary registration to next year’s Connect! You can donate in-person at Connect by cash or check, or donate online with a credit card. You can also bring a children’s book to donate onsite.
Earn CAPP Points
CAPP applicants earn up to seven CAPP Points for approved sessions. Learn more about earning CAPP points at T2 Connect!
Customer Appreciation Party
For this year’s Connect Customer Appreciation Party, we’ll party at the T2 Private Island at Discovery Cove. Our party will feature luau entertainment, great music, and delicious island foods set in a unique tropical setting where you might spot dolphins and other wildlife.
What to Bring/ What to Wear
- Temperatures will be in the mid-70s during the day and into the upper 50s in the evening. We recommend dressing in layers since hotel rooms can tend to be on the cold side, and it will get cooler in the evenings.
- Business casual attire during the day at the conference, such as polo shirts, khakis, skirts, skorts, blouses, and comfortable shoes. The evening events will be casual and held outdoors.
- Monday night “Citrus State of Mind” Welcome Reception: Feel free to get into the theme with colors of yellow, orange, or lime green!
- Wednesday night T2 Luau: Express yourself with Hawaiian shirts, tropical prints, and resort wear. If you don’t want to dress to the theme, that is OK too! There will be sand, so we recommend you wear comfortable shoes.
- The hotel does have an amazing pool, which is heated, and a hot tub. So, don’t forget your bathing suit!
Transportation to the Hotel
Conference attendees must secure their own transportation to/from the conference hotel. Visit the official airport website for all transportation options from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The hotel is located 13 miles/ 20 minutes from the airport.
Conference Payment
If you have not made your Connect payment or received an invoice, please contact Jennifer.Luczak@t2systems.com. Payments can be made via credit card or check and need to be completed before attending Connect.
