“Frictionless Parking: Smoothing Out the Edges for a Seamless Mobility Experience” (Ybor 5, 8:00–9:00 AM)
Explore the state of the parking, transportation, and mobility industry’s efforts to create a seamless, frictionless, and contactless experience for customers and operators. This session, presented by T2 SVP of Sales Mike Drow, CAPP, will define the concept of frictionless parking and multiple levels of integration, and examine case studies and applications for both on and off-street operations.
“Increasing Revenue with Efficient Enforcement” (H.B. Plant C & D, 2:00–3:00 PM)
Many parking operations are looking for ways to generate more revenue following the COVID-19 pandemic. Enforcing parking and issuing citations is a common revenue source for parking operations, but efficient enforcement can take an operation’s revenue to the next level. In this session, T2 Regional Sales Managers Melina Morokhovich and Poppy Guloien will cover current and future trends and common challenges and pitfalls related to enforcement, then show how technology solutions can increase enforcement efficiency and positively affect the bottom line.
