T2 Sales & Technical Summits Supercharge Customer Experience
2024 got off to a great start for T2 Systems, promising to exceed customer expectations and deliver more transformative, all-in-one solutions to parking operations in the year ahead. In January, we held two important summits at our homebase in Indianapolis, where employee superheroes assembled to chart our course for 2024 and celebrate the successes we had in 2023.
At our annual T2 Sales Summit, leaders across the Account Management, Sales, Product, and Sales Engineering teams joined forces in an offsite setting for three days to share ideas, learn from each other, and set goals for the year.
“Each year, the Sales Summit renews our enthusiasm and empowers our employees to provide the best possible customer experience. We come together to align on goals and share knowledge to learn how to better serve our customers and how to bring on new customers to our highly engaged community,” stated Maggie Vercoe, Senior Vice President Customer Experience. “Through internal alignment, collaboration, sharing best practices, and engaging in professional growth, we work together to provide the best service possible.”
A total of 15 sessions with open discussions were held throughout the week. Topics ranged from product statuses and roadmaps to paths our employees can take to be more connected with the parking industry. Employees found extraordinary value participating in a Q&A with customers John Prush, Public Safety Operations Director at Michigan State University and T2 Customer Advisory Board Chair, and Jeri Baker, former Director of Parking and Transportation at Virginia Tech and now one of our own T2 Account Managers, for greater insight into the perspectives and needs of modern parking operations.
At our concurrent 2024 Technical Summit, employees from our Engineering and Product teams planned for the continuous innovation of T2 technologies that keep us on the cutting edge and maintain our standing as the leader of the parking industry. Day-long sessions aligned teams on goals and priorities that better serve our customers.

The sessions inspired us all to work better together, more efficiently, identify broader process improvements, and get aligned on our cross-product strategies and priorities.”
With the energy and vision generated at our summits, our company is poised for another transformative year, united in empowering our customers to excel their operations with best-in-class parking technology and solutions, exceptional customer experiences, and expertise.
The Summits weren’t all business. Employees got to break from sessions to celebrate successes at an employee award ceremony and build strong relationships with their coworkers through many fun on- and off-site activities. As with every T2 event, employees participated in a give-back drive, collecting two boxes of essential items donated to HVAF (Helping Veterans and Families) of Indiana.
