Managing a Luke II Pay Station installation requires high level of technical and parking industry knowledge, and our team of Pay Station experts is excited to offer an upcoming in-person training course. The three-day training will take place in our Indianapolis training center May 3 – 5. All attendees who complete this course will be trained to support of T2 Luke II Pay Stations.

Day 1: General Overview and BOSS (9am-5pm EST)

–  Introduction to BOSS, Luke II, and Digital Iris
–  Settings and Pay Station Management
–  Configuring your Luke II
–  Component Configuration
–  Display Configuration
–  Payment and Connection options
–  Receipt options
–  Rate Configuration and Management
–  Card Processing
–  Database Backup
–  Review and BOSS test​

Day 2: Luke II Pay Station Service Menu and Hardware (9am-5pm EST)

–  Luke II Hardware overview and assembly
–  Basic hardware upgrades and options
–  General maintenance of the Luke II
–  Detailed examination of the Luke II Service Menu
–  Basic troubleshooting and how to identify common issues
–  Using equipment on-site, test your knowledge by identifying controlled failures introduced to the equipment
–  Review, and Luke II Hardware Test

Day 3: Digital Iris (9am-5pm EST)

–  Dashboard configuration and customization of widgets
–  Settings in Digital Iris
–  Locations
–  Routes
–  Users
–  Alerts
–  Card Management
–  Customer Accounts
–  Collections and Maintenance
–  Reporting and Permit Lookup
–  Review, and Digital Iris Test
