Connect 2015: By the Numbers

6-Things-Flex-Can-Do_Header

Looking to relive the week that was in New Orleans at T2’s Connect 2015? Wait no longer! Here are some fast facts that celebrate the fun, learning and networking.

529 Attendees at Connect in New Orleans enjoyed the training, conversations, and events—with beignets on the side. This includes 439 T2 customers from universities, municipalities, operators, partners; 67 T2 staff; and 23 representatives from 11 sponsor/exhibitors who helped make it all possible.

4 Days of 8 ‘til late goodness. Why so late? Blame the karaoke at the Cats Meow on Bourbon Street, apparently.

10-piece brass band, which busted into the Opening Session to get everyone grooving and amped for the days ahead.

134 Sessions to attend, ranging from Flex and Digital product training to presentations on emerging trends like benchmarking and smart parking operations.

65 Presenters—T2 staff, customers and other industry experts—shared their knowledge, experience and tips to help attendees’ parking operations.

19.5 Hours that Product Managers spent in the T2 Lab engaging with customers to get feedback and new ideas, as well as showing off the new PARCS Series II equipment. In the Lab, attendees snacked on 73.5 pounds of sweet treats set up in our “candy bar.”

90 Percent of attendees downloaded the T2 Connect 2015 mobile app. The app allowed attendees to look through the agenda, create a calendar, message colleagues, provide session feedback, and best of all, engage with everyone via a social media-style activity feed. Attendees posted 1,100 times on the activity feed throughout the conference.

6 Delicious meals served including bacon and eggs in the morning and Louisiana favorites like gumbo and grits for lunch.

1 Customer Appreciation Event at the House of Blues, jam-packed with food, drinks, a live band, and a busy dance floor.

1,488 Beads thrown to attendees. At the Opening Session and the party at the House of Blues, Customer Advisory Board members and T2 executives made their own Mardi-Gras style parade, tossing beads into the crowd.

$3,000 Donated to the Southeastern Louisiana Chapter of the American Red Cross to help with the continued relief efforts of Katrina. Attendees contributed $1,400 contributed and T2 matched (plus some) to round out our total donation. Pat yourselves on the back, everyone!

88 Pictures in our Facebook album documenting the week. Enjoy and tag yourselves!

Countless Conversations, connections and good times had. Thank you again to all those who helped make Connect a success!
