About T2 Connect
T2 Connect is the parking industry’s largest and longest-running customer user conference. Each year Connect brings together hundreds of parking professionals from T2’s customer base – including universities, municipalities, and commercial operators – for dozens of training and educational sessions covering the latest in parking topics such as PARCS, LPR, enforcement, permit management, meters, pay stations, parking technology/trends, and more. T2 Connect sessions feature roundtables, professional development and trainings featuring thought leaders in the industry.
T2 Connect also prides its self with offering community engagement in the locations we hold Connect by hosting give back events that support and benefit the local community. Attendees have a great time networking, engaging, and having fun with each other during the week of learning opportunities and evening entertainment.

Accomodations
Attendees pay for hotel and any travel related expenses for T2 Connect. A discounted room rate is provided to all attendees and is typically available pre and post event if you choose to extend your stay.

Every fall over 300 T2 customers spend four days together networking, talking about industry trends, and learning about T2 solutions. During the week we host a vendor expo for T2 partner vendors. The expo is a great place to showcase your company to a large audience.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does my Connect registration include?
Your Connect registration fee includes admission to all general sessions, training and breakout sessions, and entertainment events
(Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Party). Registration also includes breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please note fee does not include transportation to/from conference and your hotel room.
What if I need to cancel my Connect registration?
We understand that things come up or schedules change unexpectedly, which is why we offer a 100% refund for all registrations canceled 30 days before Connect starts. To cancel, please send an email to the conference planner, Jen Luczak, at jennifer.luczak@t2systems.com.
Are guests welcome at Connect?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a guest to Connect. A guest is defined as a spouse, child, or significant other and cannot be a co-worker or person who should otherwise be registered as an attendee. A separate guest registration is required if you would like your guest to join you for all conference meals and entertainment functions (Welcome Reception, Customer Appreciation Party). Guests must be over 21 to attend the evening events.
Can I bring a guest to just the entertainment/evening events?
Yes, if you would like your guest to join you just for our entertainment events (Customer Appreciation Party), please purchase a Customer Appreciation Party ticket for your guest. There is no need to purchase a Guest registration in addition. Your guest must be over 21 years of age to attend the evening functions.
Is transportation provided to/from the conference hotel?
No, conference attendees are required to secure their own transportation to/from the conference hotel.
Is there a conference schedule?
A schedule at a glance and full schedule will be found on the Connect registration website. For travel purposes, we ask that you arrive on the Monday of Connect for our 6:00 pm welcome reception. Most sessions will be finished on Thursday around early afternoon.
What types of conference sessions can I expect?
There will be more than 70 sessions following different training tracks, such as leadership, management and operations, technical, and front line. We will also offer sessions on our various solutions, including: UPsafety, Flex, Velocity, MobilePay, T2 UNIFI®, and many other options.
