T2 Connect is the parking industry’s largest and longest-running customer conference. Each year Connect brings together hundreds of parking professionals from T2’s customer base – including universities, municipalities, and commercial operators – for dozens of training and educational sessions covering the latest in parking topics such as PARCS, LPR parking, enforcement, permit management, meters, pay stations, parking technology/trends, and more.

Every year at Connect, I learn so much and come back to my work with so many great ideas on not only how to better utilize our T2 products, but also as it relates to the entire parking industry. The ability to network with T2 staff and colleagues is invaluable.

Registration will open August 1, 2023!

Early bird registration fee is $1,050 per person until September 4, 2023.

After early bird pricing ends, registration will be $1,250 per person.

    The annual T2 Connect conference is the industry’s largest vendor-hosted user event. Every fall over 300 T2 customers spend four days together networking, talking about industry trends, and learning about T2 solutions. Universities, municipalities, operators, and healthcare and commercial campuses send operations executives, facilities executives, and frontline managers to the event.

    Below is a list of available sponsorship opportunities. Each level of sponsorship will include recognition in the materials we send to attendees, plus the opportunity for you to send us your branded materials to include in the welcome package we will send to attendees.       Frequently Asked Questions

      What does my Connect 2023 registration include?

      Your Connect registration fee includes admission to all general sessions, training and breakout sessions, and entertainment events (Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Party). Registration also includes breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please note fee does not include transportation to/from conference hotel.

      What is the cost to attend Connect 2023?

      • Early-bird registration:$1,050.00 (EB ends 9/4/23)
      • Standard registration:$1,250.00
      • Guest registration (spouse/child/significant other):$600 (all meals) /$150 (Customer Appreciation Party Only)
      • Exhibitor registration: $650.00

      What if I need to cancel my Connect registration?

      We understand that things come up or schedules change unexpectedly, which is why we offer a 100% refund for all registrations canceled before October 13, 2023. To cancel, please send an email to the conference planner, Jen Luczak, at jennifer.luczak@t2systems.com.

      Are guests welcome at Connect 2023?

      Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a guest to Connect. A guest is defined as a spouse, child, or significant other and cannot be a co-worker or person who should otherwise be registered as an attendee. A separate guest registration is required if you would like your guest to join you for all conference meals and entertainment functions (Welcome Reception, Customer Appreciation Party); cost is $600.

      Can I bring a guest to just the entertainment/evening events?

      Yes, if you would like your guest to join you just for our entertainment events (Customer Appreciation Party), please purchase a Customer Appreciation Party ticket for your guest; cost is $150. There is no need to purchase a Guest registration in addition.

      Is transportation provided to/from the conference hotel?

      No, conference attendees are required to secure their own transportation to/from the conference hotel. Please see the hotel tab for information on transportation options in the Orlando area. The hotel is located 14 miles (about 20 minutes) from the airport.

      Is there a conference schedule?

      Yes, you can find a schedule-at-a-glance here. We are working hard to finalize our session offerings, and we will send out more details in the beginning of October. For travel purposes, we ask that you arrive on Monday, November 13, for our 6:00 pm welcome reception. Most sessions will be finished on Thursday, November 16, around lunchtime.

      What types of conference sessions can I expect?

      There will be more than 70 sessions following different training tracks, such as leadership, management and operations, technical, and front line. We will also offer sessions on our UPsafety brand, Flex, Velocity, MobilePay, and many other options.
