    Norwalk, Connecticut recently partnered with CASE Parking to install traffic counters and Streetline for on-street traffic sensors. The counters and sensors transmit real-time traffic data to a smart phone app that uses GPS data to guide drivers to areas and lots where parking is most likely to be available.
