Our Parking Experts

Adam Blake, CEO

Adam joined T2 in 2015 as a seasoned technology industry veteran as a COO and became the CEO in September, 2016. He heads the senior leadership team, providing strategic vision for the company, sharp focus on the customer experience and effective cross-functional execution.

Prior to coming to T2, Adam worked more than 20 years in the tech industry, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager, Department and Specialty Retail Industry at NCR Corporation, a global leader in consumer transaction technologies. Adam has experience managing professional services, customer service, project management, product management, software design, operations, marketing, P&L management, and SaaS and hardware product lines. Adam is a Purdue University graduate. 

Adam Rausch, SVP Services

Adam, who joined the T2 team in 2016, brings more than 17 years of business operations and development experience to his role of Senior VP of Services. Adam leads the Professional Services and Citation Services teams with a focus on scale and process development aimed at improving our operational efficiencies and enhancing our customer experience.

Prior to joining T2, Adam was Vice President of Product for Quotient Technologies and Director of Client Services/Solution Director at NCR Corporation, where he managed Global Sales, Development and Professional Services teams. Adam holds a BS from the University of Indianapolis and Project Management Certification from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.

Bob Millard, CFO

Bob joined T2 in 2017. Bob is a highly accomplished and respected leader, known for his consistent ability to optimize capital structures, build effective infrastructure, leverage technology, implement sound internal controls, and engage key stakeholders.

Previously, Bob was the CFO for GoHealth for 4 years. Prior to that role, he spent 2 years as the CFO for Angie's List. Bob began his financial career with positions at Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young LLP.

Chris Chettle, COO

Chris joined Digital in 2004, which was acquired by T2 Systems in 2014. With more than 10 years in the parking industry, he brings expertise about the Digital product line as well as our entire platform. Chris leads Customer Experience, Product Management, Manufacturing and Services.
 

Chris started his career in communications, first marketing digital video solutions to the cable television industry and later leading national sales for TVC Canada. He also held numerous positions at Digital over the years, from supporting business development activities to overseeing marketing, product management and strategic partnerships. 
 

Maggie Vercoe, SVP Customer Experience

Maggie, our true customer champion, began her career with T2 Systems in 1999 as an Application Consultant. Prior to her recent promotion to Senior VP of Customer Experience, Maggie held several positions with T2, ranging from installation and training manager, to director of implementation services and director of client engagement. She brings 21 years of parking industry experience in software implementation, business analysis and inside sales to her current role, where she leads the Account Management, Support and Training teams.

Maggie has a thorough understanding of our customers’ expectations and in her role, she is dedicated solely to customer success. She earned a BS at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. 

Mike Drow, SVP Corporate Development

Mike joined T2 in 2017, after spending more than a decade in the parking industry as an executive at a national parking management firm. Through his career as a parking and transportation professional he has identified and implemented innovative technologies into operations and created new technology based service offerings. He has led the development of mobility services, remote management/command center operations, mobile payments and interactive marketing services and has worked with municipalities, universities, airports and commercial garages.

In his role, Mike establishes and manages technology partnerships and acquisitions to align with long-term strategic goals. Mike is currently the Co-Chair of the IPI Technology Committee. He holds PMP, CPIM and CAPP certifications and has presented at numerous parking industry conferences.

Phil DiPietro, CTO

Phil joined T2 in 2017, bringing more than two decades of experience in delivering innovative use of technology at scale. As CTO, Phil leads T2's technology development and strategic direction.
 

Prior to T2, Phil served as both Senior Technical Solution Principal and Vice President of Software Engineering at NCR Corporation, where he directed the strategic planning and delivery of high-volume transactional solutions for worldwide retailers. Phil holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and Business Management Certification from San Diego State University.

Scot DeLancey, SVP Product & Strategy

Scot joined T2 in 2016 with more than 20 years of experience in product and service strategy management. As Senior VP of Product and Strategy, he leads T2’s product portfolio and product lifecycle management efforts. Scot’s expertise is in translating business and market problems in differentiated solutions that make customers stand out in their industries.

Previously, Scot held several positions with NCR Corporation, a world leader in consumer transaction technologies, where he was most recently Senior Director of Product Management. An Atlanta native, Scot has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and holds a Six-Sigma Green Belt Certification. 

Tim Maginn, EVP, Sales & Marketing

Tim joined T2 in 2003, bringing with him more than 10 years of executive leadership experience. His role is to ensure we deliver on the T2 promise. He works with our customer-facing staff to design and deliver the right solutions for parking related issues our customers are working to solve. Tim also leads the Marketing team in its efforts to communicate the T2 brand. As part of our senior leadership team, he works to execute our growth plans, balance resources and remove barriers to success.
 

Previously, Tim was the Senior Vice President, Global Sales, for PerformaWorks, a developer of software solutions in the human capital management industry. He was responsible for growing the company’s revenues, expanding its national sales team, developing distribution channels and establishing the company’s presence in new and emerging market sectors. Tim earned a BS from University of Dayton. 
 

Mike Simmons, Co-founder

Mike co-founded T2 Systems in 1994 with one goal: make parking better. Leading T2 from inception through more than 20 years of consistent growth, Mike kept that goal central to the business.

Under his leadership, T2 was recognized in the Inc. 5000, Software 500, Deloitte Technology Fast 500, Indiana Growth 100, and as an Indiana Companies to Watch. As an advisor to the T2 Board of Directors, Mike continues to champion his signature customer-focused approach and parking industry thought leadership.
