T2 Team
The T2 Team is led by Chairman, CEO and co-founder Mike Simmons. Since co-founding the
company with Steve Howard in 1994, Mike has led the company through 15 years of exponential
growth and continues to set T2's corporate strategy and champion its execution, remaining
committed to the success of T2’s customers and staff. Mike has focused on providing high-level
customer service and attributes T2’s success to its relationships with customers and its
after-sale support and services.
Mike and T2 have received recognition from the Inc. 500, Indiana Growth 100, E&Y Entrepreneur
of the Year, Deloitte Technology Fast 500, Software 500, Techpoint’s MIRA IT Company of the
Year, BKD Indiana Excellence Awards, Indiana Chamber Companies to Watch and Best Places to
Work, Indiana Boys and Girls Club and many other organizations. Mike currently serves on the
board of directors of the International Parking Institute, as past chair of Junior Achievement
of Central Indiana, and past chair of the TechPoint Foundation.
