About T2 Systems
T2 Systems is a leading provider of parking technology solutions, serving the parking
industry since 1994. T2 is trusted by over 350 organizations in the U.S. and Canada
including universities, cities and towns, hospitals, special event venues, airports
and private operators.
At T2 Systems, our single focus is the business of parking. Our comprehensive
portfolio includes solutions that help organizations manage parking permits,
citations (enforcement), gated parking facilities (access control and revenue
control) and special events. We also provide services, such as processing and
collections and website development that help customers meet their business
objectives.

Our Culture
T2 offers a unique working environment; approximately 50% of T2 employees are remote,
including several local employees, providing them the opportunity to balance family
needs with work. In addition, T2’s large break room – equipped with pool table,
large-screen TV and electronic games – helps employees feel welcome to bring children
to the office when necessary – and serves as the gathering place for employee events.
Philanthropy is one of the core values of T2 Systems demonstrated through the T3
committee (Time, Talent and Treasure), a group comprised of T2 employees that works
with other employees to determine which charities the company should support each
year. Per initiatives from T2 employees all over the country, T2 has supported needy
families through Adopt-a-Family programs and the Make-a-Wish foundation. In 2008,
the entire company built a baseball field at LeGore Boys & Girls Club of Indianapolis.

User Group – Networking and Training for T2 Customers
T2 is well-known in the industry for its customer satisfaction and dedicated service
and support. The annual three-day User Group conference is the key customer event
of the year, giving them the opportunity to get training on their T2 solutions,
network with each other to share ideas about parking management, and to give them
time to meet with T2 staff and management.
Customer Advisory Board (CAB)
T2 works closely with its Customer Advisory Board – a committee of customers from
cities, universities, and colleges of various sizes. Their role is to provide input
for future products and services, garner feedback from other users, and take an
active role in the annual T2 User Group Conference.
