Course-related Questions
- Can anyone take your courses?
- Yes! Any T2 customer may take our courses. In the course detail we do recommend a target audience and prerequisites so that you can find the course that best suits your needs and experience.
- How often do the courses run? When are they offered?
- Training is offered online throughout the year. Please see the schedule for details and check frequently for schedule changes.
- Who are the course instructors?
- T2 staff provides all training. They are professionals who not only understand the benefits of technology, but also know the business of parking.
- Can I contact the instructor before the course to ask questions?
- Yes! You may contact your trainer anytime via email at training@t2systems.com
- Are there a maximum number of students per class?
- Yes. The maximum number of students for an online course is 10. The maximum for in-class learning is 12.
- What topics are covered in the courses?
- There is a complete list of course details on this website.
- Is there group work involved in the courses?
- No. The instructor leads the course and may issue exercises for students to use after the class to further their skills, but the session itself doesn't involve group work.
- What software or hardware do I need for online courses?
- You will need a workstation with either Windows 95, 98, 2000 or XP. You will also need to have WebEx (Internet-based training software) installed, which can be done in just a few minutes prior to the class and only needs to be done the first time you attend a class.
Payments, Refunds, Coupons Questions
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Charge Card, purchase order or training coupon.
- What is a training coupon?
- A training coupon is good for admission to one online class. Coupons are issued if you purchase a number of courses in advance, are rescheduling a course or by special arrangement with your account manager.
- How do I register if I have a training coupon or am rescheduling my course?
- If you have been given a training coupon or are rescheduling, your account manager will issue you a promotional code. This code must be entered in the payment method portion of the registration page.
- What is the refund policy?
- A registrant will receive the option of a full refund or full credit if notice of cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to the course.
- A registrant will not receive a refund or be allowed to reschedule if he/she does not cancel 48 hours prior to the course.
- To cancel your attendance for a course, please send notice to training@t2systems.com or contact your account manager.
- How much will it cost to take a course?
- All costs are per person, per course. The cost is shown on the Course Details page for each course.
- What happens if T2 cancels a course?
- T2 reserves the right to cancel a course if minimum enrollment requirements are not met. If T2 must cancel the course, a registrant will receive the option of a full refund or a full credit to be used to attend a future course.
