T2 Flex is the industry’s first unified parking management system, combining permit and enforcement functionality with access and revenue control in one, single unified management system. T2 Flex helps organizations streamline all parking tasks: accounts receivable, residential and other parking permits, access cards, transient parking, citations, towing, monthly contract parking, and much more. You can manage any and all parking-related data, whether it’s directly from your office or linked to data from other departments or vendors.
The new version of T2 Flex, v6.3 coming in December, continues to advance the systems’ usability and functionality. New features include: officer activity reporting, updates to tax calculations, improvements to the Task Scheduler and many other functions, as well as updates and improvements to the Access and Revenue Control functionality and the handheld ticketwriter software.
T2 Flex – An Intelligent, Intuitive System
T2 Flex is a thin client application, which means that all data and software reside on secure servers in one location, while each client (PC) accesses the functionality and the data via the Web browser. The server can be at your location or at a secure co-location facility when T2 hosts your application and database.
Whichever option you choose, you can work securely from any PC with Internet access – and because it’s browser-based, it’s easy-to-learn and easy-to-use:

T2 Flex – A Single Solution
The parking industry is evolving from separate parking management, enforcement (on-street) and Access/Revenue Control (off-street) operations to managing all within the same department. Now, T2 Flex brings together, or unifies, different aspects of the parking business that until now have been managed by separate systems and multiple vendors.
T2 Flex is the first to aggregate permit management, enforcement, access control and revenue control into a single system from which you can coordinate all aspects of the parking office.
From this single system, you can essentially “build” your own solution by choosing from the suite of packs/functionality available. You can purchase packs separately, based on your parking needs, and add more functionality as needed, or purchase all packs – the enterprise version.
Unlike other integrated solutions that simply link sub-systems, T2 Flex™ provides centralized management, reporting and operation of all sub-systems from a single system, using one common “portal.” All business rules are followed across the entire system resulting in automatic import/export of information between sub-systems with no duplication.
